"I used to love this app. Worked well in keeping me up to date with med refills and whatnot. However, in the last month or 2 its been glitch after glitch. Its irritating not knowing if meds are ready or not. I get that calling the store would be better but i have a hearing disability and prefer doing everything digital. Ugh! Please fix this app!! It needs an overhaul!!"

"This app is terrible...there's no way to get back in if you have set up an account and forgotten your password...you either have to know exactly your user name or your password. It will not just go to your email to let you reset your password so I cannot use the app because I can't get into my account. Very frustrating."
